Chianina

The Chianina race originates from the Val di Chiana (Tuscany) but today it is also bred in Umbria – it is famous for its large steaks, the classical Florentine ribs.

It is considered to be the most esteemed race in the world for the goodness of its meat.

We propose it to you directly from the best stockbreeders and under the control of the producer’s consortium of the five most esteemed Italian races which certify the race, stockbreeder and health controls.

The Italian Frisian, which comes from a small stockbreeder’s near Cerveteri, where the calves are fed up to 6 months on their mothers milk which is of an excellent quality, The heifers and the calves are brought up with completely natural and high quality alimentation.
You can try this meat as a fillet, beef steak or a Sirloin steak or “tagliata” (sliced, grilled sirloin steak) with rocket.

We suggest the “Tagliata” (sliced, grilled Sirloin steak) with boletus mushrooms or white and black truffles when they are in season.
