FIRST COURSES
Our first courses are a result of a cuisine that is almost totally made to order, that is, all the recipes are prepared upon request.
With this type of culinary service we try to satisfy the requirements of even the most demanding client who decides he would like something that is not on the menu, taken from the fish counter - for example, squid or scorpion fish, to try with our delicious spaghetti.
Then there are our soups, among which we suggest: “Ribollita” (on Tuesday), pasta and chick pea (on Friday), spelt with kidney beans (on Wednesday), barleycorn and lentils (on Thursday) prepared especially for you by our chef Domenico Di Felice, in order to rediscover those delicious flavours of a long lost cuisine, a legacy of the Italian culinary culture. |
